Thanksgiving Break....
So...Thanksgiving break was actually very fun. I actually enjoyed the extremely chaotic grocery shopping. I had to wake up early to assist my mother with the cooking, but I didn't mind. I usually enjoy cooking and taste testing. The actual dinner was the best part. The food was amazing, and of course that made me happy. The house was really crowded, but I didn't mind because when my family gets together, it's pure dysfunction. Their debates we're hilarious. A little later, at about 1:00 a.m, (technically the next day), I decided to go to the mall. My cousin asked me to come since she works in Hollister, and got off work at 2:00 a.m, and since it would be my first ever black Friday experience. It was her birthday, so she spent it with her best friend and me, doing black Friday shopping. A birthday on black Friday. Cheaper gifts. However people take it a little bit too seriously. We were out acting silly until about 6:00 a.m., and decided to go get her birthday breakfast at 7:00. We decided it was time to head home after that. When I got home, I was knocked out. Sleeping is how I pretty much spent the rest of the break after that. I wish it were a bit longer, because school is the last place I wanted to come back to.
